			<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">個人的に食前に食べる冷奴とお酒（ビール）<wbr />が相性良く旨いと感じます。冷奴がスルっと喉を通り抜け、<wbr />お腹の空いた胃が満たされつつビールの刺激が心地よく感じるのですよね。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><br />
通常は生姜と醤油をつけて冷奴を食べるのですが、<wbr />今回はちょっと工夫して、家にあったラー油とネギをあえて冷奴に乗っけて食べてみましたので、<wbr />作り方と感想を書いてみたいと思います。</span></p>

冷たい豆腐に、<wbr />塩気と酸味と辛さが口の中で混ざり合って最高でしたよ。<br />
しかもめちゃくちゃ簡単に作れるのでうれしい限りです。（<wbr />10分かからない程度）</span></p>
